    I am sure we can find a solution for this quickly.

    Please send me the information from the link wp-admin > wp staging > tools > system info via this contact form link: https://wp-staging.com/support/

    Please also enable the WordPress debug.log file on the live site.
    Then WordPress will write the exact error message in a file named debug.log.

    Try to create again the staging site and then send me the debug.log file via the contact form as well. It should contain the exact error which is preventing your site from being created.
