    Hi there,
    Awesome plugin.
I created a staging site via Siteground and then wanted to reset it to redesign the site but as soon as it was reset, it redirected to the log-in page and my log-in details did not work. I also tried to reset the password but my email address was not recognised/no user with email address which is not correct.
Please let me know how to overcome this and thanks so much.
    C

    Hi,
Thank you for the kind words! Sorry to hear you’re having problems.

So all of this is happening on a staging site, right? Production one is ok?

The email you’re trying to use (the one that appears not to be registered on the site anymore) is that the only admin acc you had on the site? If not please try the other admin accounts too.

    Hi,
    I tried again
To confirm I am the only user.
Reset the site again, got logged out, tried to log in again, and the password didn’t work. Tried to reset my password and got this error again “Error: There is no account with that username or email address.” (not correct as I only use that email)
    The production site is fine.
Could be something to do with the way SiteGround does Staging automatically. Is there another way?
    Thanks

98% it’s the way Siteground does staging ??
But let us have a look. Are you on an old cPanel account on SG or the new Siteground panel thing?

May be so and yes I’m on the new C Panel.

We’ll grab an acc with the new panel and test things out. It’ll take a few days …
