Staging Site Overwrites Members

I have a client where I’m using the plugin. We maintain a staging site for updates prior to pushing live. When new members register on the live site, I need the ability to sync them to the staging site so that when I push staging to live, I don’t lose members. Does the exporter addon export passwords so that I can use that file to re-import all members after I push staging to live?
