    Can not activate Woolentor pro on our staging site.
    If we want to work on site in weekend, which no support, should we wait 2 days to fix something?
    On Elementor and revslider we have the ability to manage licenses, but on your website there is no such option.
    Woolentor is a great plugin, but we are new with you, so we dont know which support do you have.
    We tried tickets and account management, but it is something odd.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
