Staging

  • Is there a way to configure Booster to work with staged sites?

    Booster is registered to “mysite.com”, and the staging site (to test site updates and changes) is “stage.mysite.com”.

    Right now I get “Error: Wrong Key” on the staging site.

    If not possible (due to the licensing options) I think the single-site license should include a single staging site; or it should ignore subdomains; or allow a specific subdomain (such as “stage.” or “staging.”).

    Finished updating and moved the staged site over.

    Being able to fully configure Booster on the staged site would be very useful considering how large Booster is and how much a site is dependent on it.

    Sorry for not responding earlier. To use subdomains or staging site you would need to purchase or upgrade to multi site license type. Unfortunately only one domain is supported with single site license type.
