Stageshow Edit Button Greyed out

    In Stageshow, Settings, Payment Gateway, I need to edit the Sales Email Template PHP file but the EDIT button is greyed out. A friend of mine suggests it may be a bug? PLEASE HELP! ?? many thanks!

  • Hi Shaungill,

    I have exactly the same in my StageShow installation. No clue why.
    Luckily you can still edit the template if you browse to the relevant file in the file explorer of your web host, or alternatively if you connect to your website via FTP.
    The file you should be looking at can be found at: \wp-content\uploads\stageshow\emails\
