    Yes, it is rather “hidden”. It is included in the OFX export, but that will be of limited use to most users.

    I’ll add it to the “Tickets” CSV export, and the summary on the overview page. This will work in a similar way to the Postage and Fees entries, which are split between each ticket sold. Hopefully these changes will be in my next release.

    For OFX export, go to the Tools admin page, in the Export section change Format to OFX and then click “Download Export File”. Note that OFX export is only available on StageShow+ and StageShowGold variants.

    A further note on your original query. Values of Donations are on the Overview page, but are included in the “Sale Extras” figures, which also include Postage and Booking Fees.

    From v5.9.4 if Donations are enabled in the StageShow+/StageShowGold settings, they are listed in a separate column on the Overview admin page, and in a new “ticketDonation” column in the “Tickets” export.
