Staff Shortcode Doesn't Work

There are parts of the staff profile that won’t display at all. Has anyone else had this problem?

What plugin version are you using? I don’t recall this shortcode so it must be in the latest versions.

The [player_list] shortcode works however: a62.3c9.myftpupload.com/teams/boys/14s/
