Staff Roles and Team not updating

    I have been updating roles and teams of staff for the new season and I am seeing some irregularities:

    Example #1:
    Staff member Noreen McLoughlin has 1 role – she had 2 but I removed one of the roles from her.
    It is showing correctly on the staff list in the wp admin dashboard.
    However, you can see her listed on the below index page still showing two roles (scroll right down near bottom):

    but on her own page:
    https://charlestowngaa.com/staff/noreen-mcloughlin/
    she has one as it should be

    Example #2: User: Sarah Dunleavy – I have deleted this user completed,
    however she is still showing up on this page as she used to be associated with this team. She should no longer show here:
    https://charlestowngaa.com/our-teams/ladies-teams/u-10-ladies/

    I have done a full deletion of the cache so I know it is not that.

    Do you know why this would be happening? Obviously still pulling some redundant data from the DB?

    Hi funzeye,

    You could try clearing the plugin cache in Club Manager > Tools of your admin.

    seemed to work for example 1 – properly showing up on staff index page now.

    example 2 still an issue. staff member has been completely deleted from system but still showing on team page.

    so in the end I completely turned off the club manager caching and that did the trick. Seems the ‘clear transient cache’ tool button didn’t work in this instance. maybe something to look in to?
