Staff page help needed

Hello,
Many sites I build have a “staff directory” type page where employees are listed with their name, title, background, email, and photo. Rather than build this out as a long page, I think it’s easier to add all the employees to wordpress as users, and then use a loop of some kind to show them all. How can I do this? User profiles don’t have a place for job title AFAIK, and I guess they would use their gravatar for the picture, but I did find a plugin called user photo that might help. Any suggestions/advice greatly appreciated.
