    That’s pretty strange!

It looks like you have a conflict between different installations of the firewall.

    Yes, it’s pretty strange,

i start to deactivate the plugins of my sites because i have the error:

PHP Fatal error: Out of memory etc..

when i tried this site i was getting blocked,

as i saw in my error log the Fatal error started with the ninjafirewall installation,

do you have something in mind about this error, i am afraid to delete the plugin from the other sites, i also need it,

    can you find a solution?

    Thanks

    Hi,

I can see in the ninjacheck script report that you have 2 sites with NinjaFirewall:

    /home/weekdea/public_html/
    /home/weekdea/public_html/outlet-stock/

Which site has the plugin installed and working right now?
Also, which site had problems with the log in? outlet-stock?

    /home/weekdea/public_html/ working

    outlet-stock problems

Ok, then I understand the issue.
Normally, when you install in outlet-stock, the new directives added to the php.ini/htaccess should cancel the one from the parent directory.
But your Litespeed configuration does not work that way:
/home/weekdea/public_html/ applies to /home/weekdea/public_html/ AND to /home/weekdea/public_html/outlet-stock. But you also have the firewall installed in outlet-stock, which means outlet-stock has 2 firewalls running. That is the reason why you are having memory issue.

This is very unusual, but this is your config and we cannot change that. Therefore you have two options:
    1. install NinjaFirewall in outlet-stock to protect only outlet-stock.
    OR:
    2. install NinjaFirewall in public_html and it will protect public_html but it will also apply to outlet-stock. You could have some small issue with outlet-stock (blocked while you are using the admin dashboard etc).
Maybe you can override the public_html directive as I explained to you here.
