Stable but no mobile support.
-
The plugin is stable and works. But given the fact that most B2C e-commerce websites (I have seen) are receiving 70%+ traffic from mobile customers, it seems a bit counter intuitive to purposefully restrict this plugin from working on mobile devices.
The fix would be as simple as adding a class to the body when the plugin is active, then shifting the body down by whatever the width is.
You can even have desktop and mobile settings and a custom CSS panel that would inject the CSS only if the timer is active would also help.
Again no issues with the functionality, it’s a simple plugin that works. My problem is that this is an e-commerce marketing plugin in 2018 that purposefully will not work for 70%+ of users on most websites that it is used on. I am hoping the developer will take this feedback constructively and use it in their decision making process when it comes to laying out the roadmap for future updates.
