    Hi,

I’m using the Google Sheets integration plugin with Elementor Forms on my website and have noticed an intermittent issue with the sync. Most form submissions are correctly logged in the spreadsheet, but it has detected that some (approximately 4 out of 30) have not been added, despite appearing in the form submissions section within WordPress.

The issue doesn’t seem to follow a specific pattern, as it has occurred on different days and times. Furthermore, in testing now, the submission is working correctly.

    Problem Details:
The data appears in WordPress, but some submissions are not logged in Google Sheets.
It doesn’t appear to be a user’s internet connection issue, as the form confirms the submission.
The Google Sheets integration is still active and working for most submissions.
I don’t have any caching plugins that could be interfering.
I’m using Elementor Pro and the form is set up correctly.
Has anyone experienced something similar or have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello @amaiaesteban
Thanks for getting in touch, and explaining the scenario.

This may happen due to Google Quota Limit.
You can refer to the official documentation here:

To confirm, please enable the debug log from your wp-config.php file.
Note: An error will only be recorded in the debug log if an entry is missed, so you can test the form after enabling debug mode.

For a full guide on how to resolve this — including switching to Manual Authentication (which increases your quota and reliability) — please refer to the article below:
?? How to Fix Missing Entries Caused by Google Quota Limits

Let us know if you need help setting this up!

    Thanks
    Abdullah
