SSSSS showing instead of stars

    Hello Guys!

    I’m having huge problem with my ratings… THEY SHOW AS “SSSS” instead of stars!! It may not be a life or death situation but makes my shop look like it’s a scam…

    I already tried to disable all other plugins except WooCommerce and the problem still shows…

    Then I tried to change the Theme to “Twenty Twenty” and then the stars rating worked. Now… That theme IS UGLY!! I’m using: Gutenshop.

    Any help please??

    You’ve clearly tested and found that the issue is with the theme Gutenshop. The way to resolve this is to reach out to the theme’s support for further help

    I am going to mark this thread as resolved since the issue is related to your theme rather than an issue with WooCommerce core.

    I just talked to SuperThemes (they guys that own the Gutenshop theme) and they answered this:

    Hello!

    There seems to be an issue loading the stars on your website.
    Head to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS and add the following:

    .star-rating span {
    font-family: star !important;
}

    This should correct it ??

    I’ll leave it here in case anyone need to fix it ??

    Thanks so much it did the job !!!

    I’ve tried adding that CSS, cleared cache everywhere but still the SSSSS instead of stars ??
