SSO is not working with Apache Installed in Windows 2008 R2

Hi am trying to use ‘Log in with SSO’ but unfortunately can’t. I have my apache (xampp) running on windows server 2008 R2 machine.
It is authenticating AD users if I specifically input username and password. But failed while trying with SSO.
I also activated debug and get this log listed below.

2016-12-12 05:07:40 [WARN ] NextADInt_Adi_Authentication_SingleSignOn_Service::authenticate [line 77] Cannot find username for SSO.

I also noticed, Under Environment I can’t add netbios name. But a message appear as attached image.
