SSO Change May 1, 2024

  • Zendesk will make a change to improve the integrity of single sign-on (SSO) using JSON Web Tokens (JWT). Starting May 1, 2024, we all will be required to use HTTP POST requests instead of HTTP GET requests to avoid problems signing in to Zendesk.

    Is the plugin going to support that change on or before May 1st?
