SSL settings still in effect after disabling the plugin

My login page and admin are forced to https even though the plugin is disabled and deleted. I was testing it out and decided to stick with WordFence (WF was disabled while BWPS was being tested) and did try the SSL settings. Now when I’m logged into admin and change the url from ‘https’ to ‘http,’ I’m taken to an https login page. If I change the login url to http, it reverts back to https.

Is there any possible reason this could be related to BWPS?
