i edit .htaccess acording to my hosting provider (https://www.bluehost.com/help/article/force-ssl-on-all-pages) but didn’t work

There should be more than that in the file. Is this before the “Begin WordPress” block?

Then you didn’t edit the right file. There should be a file named “.htaccess” in the root of your site. That’s the directory that also has wp-config.php.

yes you are right that was the root .htaccess of hosting company provided.
now it is working fine
