Ok, this is that i know (https://prnt.sc/then19) in the maintenance mode.

but if the site runs not i the maintenance, its not secure..

This is not theme related issue in your site. You have install DSGVO plugin for all kind purposes. Please complete the all process of this plugin for ssl securing.

You can ask some query for this to the plugin author. He can provide better solution for this.
