SSL problem

    Hi, congrats for this plugin. It saves a lot of HD for every body! ??

    I`ve been struggling with a serious problem with slowing down all my sites with https for months. Now I finally discovered the problem is because ewww plugin is requesting many things every time the site is loaded:

    Certificate verification disabled (sslverify=false)
    https://serranegrapousada.tur.br/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wp_ewwwio_media_optimize&nonce=a96bf038a2

    Why does that happen? Can`t I disable that? They are 16 http requests and when the SSL is on the site gets really slow because of them.

    It was really with the problem, I ran a profiling test and saw through Query Monitor plugin the problem. However, it is still not clear to me: does Woocommerce really generate the image on the fly every time I access the site or is it just for missing images? I`ve sent u this same message through email as requested as well though. Thank you very much!
