SSL on multi-site with WAMP

I have a WordPress multi-site installation with sub-folders running on a server with WAMP( Version 3.19) . I am trying to install a SSL certificate but having trouble funding some detailed information. Following some directions written for WAMP I was able to get the certificate running for a website that is being served from a folder within the apache ( htdocs) . Some of the instructions I found directed me to changing the site url within the database because there is no way to change the site url within the Dashboard on multi-site installation.

I tried changing the site url with PhpMyAdmin but that but didn’t work as well.From what I have seen in some online documentations , If I can get the certificate to work on the main site such as https://www.example.come then it should work for all the sub-folders such as https://www.example.come/site01 .
Is anyone out there have any advice or have installed WordPress multi-site sub-folders running WAMP ? Thanks.

You could use WP-CLI to run a database search-replace if you have the ability to use that on your local install.

If not a plugin like Velvet Blues could do the job for you:

You can put the full URL you want to replace and what you want to swap it with. Of course take a database backup before running anything like that, if you paste the wrong information in it can cause a lot of problems so best to be safe!
