    My site was getting SSL not secure message instead of lock icon. After deactivating the plugin, SSL is working again. Any thought on this?

    Hi @realwebcare,

    Please share the URL to your website if possible – usually, there are warnings in the browser console about the insure resources that are loaded on the website and they are the reason the website cannot be served using SSL.

    We can identify particular images if we have the URL to the website – thank you!

    Thanks for your reply. Sorry but I have deleted the plugin from my admin area. The main reason is not SSL. I know you can solve it. The main reason is, in several pages in my website, images were not showing. There are some images which are important for me to show my clients. Lastly, after having issue with SSL, I decided not to use the plugin anymore. With or without your plugin my GTMetrix score is 96% and page load time is also same. So, what the benefit to use this plugin? Moreover, lots of images are not showing due to your plugin!

    @realwebcare,

    Thank you for sharing your experience and apologies that we were not able to help in time. Without checking the website I cannot tell what was the exact SSL issue and whether the images were correctly optimized.

    Regarding the missing images – the investigation is also needed for that to check why they could have been missing.

    If you decide to try Optimole again – don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll try to help, thanks!
