    Hi there,

I’m dealing with a website that shows HTTPS in the website URL (and it also says I have a valid certificate), but when I look at Really Simple SSL in the WordPress dashboard, it says that ‘SSL is not enabled yet’. If I continue scrolling through the plug-in notifications, I also see it says, ‘An SSL certificate was detected on your site’.

Why is Really Simple SSL saying the SSL certificate isn’t enabled for the website?

    Hi @kristenfisher427,

you can then press the ‘Activate SSL’ button in the bottom left corner of the ‘Progress’ block on the Really Simple SSL page to activate SSL. A redirect to https:// can be set in the Settings -> SSL -> Redirect method. Activating SSL will get rid of the notices.
