SSL Issues

Hi, I have really simple SSL on my 2 websites. The main site works well, never had an issue. The second site said this during the installation phase: “Your hosting environment does not allow automatic SSL installation. Please complete manually You can follow these instructions. After completing the installation, you can continue to the next step to complete your configuration.Your hosting environment does not allow automatic SSL installation. Please complete manually You can follow these instructions. After completing the installation, you can continue to the next step to complete your configuration.”

I used the SSL CRT, KEY, and CABUNDLE but it still gave me notifications about it needed manual installation when they expire because autoSSL can’t be detected. I tried to reset the encryption installation using the link on the top right during the installation wizard and it gives me the same issue. My hosting provider has autoSSL but it wasn’t on the hosting provider drop-down list during the install wizard.

Is there anything I can do to fix the error messages? I just reset it, but I didn’t change the CRT, KEY, and CABUNDLE yet because I got the same error message.

Second issue is when I go to the certification path when clicking on the website lock symbol, it shows it under the subdomain of my other website. “issued to website1.website2.com” like that. I would like to have it set to just the website if possible.
