    Hi Support team!

After installing your plugin, the site is now showing up as insecure even though we have an SSL. I installed your “WP Force” plugin but the issue still persists. Can you confirm what I’m doing wrong? You can find the site here:

    Many thanks!

    Hi,

Coming Soon will not load other plugins (including WP Force SSL) to prevent any errors or unintended content from showing on the Coming Soon page while you are working on the website.

Please try setting the URLs to https instead of http in WordPress Settings -> General as that should fix it.

Thank you, Alexandru! The URL settings under General already point to the HTTPS version. Is there another solution? I see that the ability to force SSL on the coming soon page is only a Pro feature… is there another way to achieve this without the license? Many thanks ~Jes

Hmm… the issue seems to be with the favicon. Can you please upload it again in Coming Soon settings? That seems to have http in front and the full URL is stored like that. Maybe it was set before you switched to https?

Thanks Alexandru! I actually didn’t have to switch to https under General because it has always been https.

The SSL issue only started happening after I put up the Coming Soon landing page. I also removed the favicon altogether to test your theory but the SSL issue still persists: https://www.exequorgroup.com/

I see that you offer the option to force SSL on the page via a plugin upgrade, is there another way to achieve this? Thanks!

    Hi,

The logo also has http in front of the URL, sorry I missed that. You will need to update that to https as well.

    Hi Alexandru,

That did the trick. Thank you! Really appreciate your support.
