Go to your Settings > General page in your dashboard. What are your settings for your WordPress URL and Site Address? It looks like you may not have those set to https://

The external assets loaded by Ditty News Ticker are all relative paths associated with your site settings. If your Site Address is set with https:// then my plugin’s files will load from the same.

    Hi

    It’s all set to https

When it was in development. The site was a non-ssl

If I reinstall the plugin, it should reload over https?

It’s possible that could help… But, the only reason I can think of the non-secure paths still being loaded would be from some sort of cache on your system. A re-load may help clear the cache, but I’m not sure.

When I view your site I see a full lock and everything is coming from https. I would try clearing your browser cache or trying another browser that may not have your site already cached in it.
