    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out! The error you’re encountering, ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, usually points to issues with the secure connection. Here are some steps to try:

    1. Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, old or corrupt cache files can interfere with loading secure sites. Clearing the cache and cookies in both Firefox and Chrome might resolve the issue.
    2. Check Internet Security Settings: Some security settings or antivirus software might block SSL certificates. Try temporarily disabling your antivirus or firewall to see if it resolves the issue.
    3. Disable Proxy Settings: If you’re using a proxy or VPN, try disabling it to see if that resolves the error.
    4. Clear SSL State:
      • In Windows, go to Control PanelNetwork and InternetInternet OptionsContent tab → Click on “Clear SSL State”.
    5. Check for Server-Side Issues: If none of the above steps help, the problem may be on the server’s end. You can contact the site administrator to confirm if there are any issues with the SSL certificate or server configuration.

Let me know if the issue persists after these steps!

    Best regards,
    Trustindex Support Team
