    Hello, I’ve seen a forum here that has the same problem as me but his is already resolved and I’ve read that forum but i can’t find the answers to help me solve mine. So what happened was I updated your plugin and then i see a red error message appeared saying “Square is enabled, but the (our website’s payment methods link) force SSL option is disabled; your checkout is not secured! Please enable SSL and ensure your server has a valid SSL certificate.” and then we tried to do a checkout and use square credit card option but it isn’t working anymore. it wasn’t like this before i update your plugin. what should i do? i hope someone will help me. also we have SSL enabled, i don’t understand why it says that i should enable it when in fact it has always been enabled.

    hello, i am now scared to update the plugin. because when i updated it, that’s when the error started. i am scared what will happen if i update again. is there any other way to solve this without using the updated plugin?

    @anjanette,

    You can keep the previous plugin as a backup and then use the updated plugin.

    I already solved it. I went to https://yourwebsite.com/wp-admin/options.php and looked for the woocommerce_force_ssl_checkout options and setting that to Yes. and then i disconnected and reconnected our square account because the business location isn’t showing up, so when i reconnected our square account, the business location showed up. so the square credit card payment option is now working again and the red warning is gone.

    @anjanette,

    It’s nice to hear that it’s working fine for you now.
