SSL Certificate Problem

After updating two websites, I’m getting “SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate”
I don’t see this exact message in your documentation. I am using GoDaddy and a general search shows cPanel hosting is using cURL 7.19.7. Could that be the issue?
