SSL certificate disabled due to your icons

the support ticket icons are coming from an HTTP link, and this is causing our SSL certificate to not work display.

We did try this but it didn’t update the lock icon on the address bar, so we had to go inside and update the following:

We couldn’t find the file to actually change the URL, so this helped the site go to HTTPS, but I’m concerned that when you have an update to your plugin; it revert back to HTTP. Can you identify the file?
