    Hi there,

We always use this plugin with pleasure, its the first thing we install and activate after activating a SSL certificate in DA and installing WordPress through FTP.

This time it keeps on saying there is no SSL certificate for over a week now while there is.

Installing via DA gives the error the map is not there or accessable (public html > well-known > acme challenge) while it is there and accessible.

The 3rd option through DNS by adding a TXT record also gives an error about the wrong record being there while its not.

We have screenshots of everything if needed.

What can we do to make it work?

Or is manually placing it in .htaccess in this case a better option?

    Thank you in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @elaxxl,

did you try to generate the SSL certificate via the Really Simple SSL wizard? That should automatically place the correct .htaccess rule for the .well-known directory in your .htaccess file.

The site does not use a valid SSL certificate currently (see https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest). This indicates the certificate has not been installed correctly.

Depending on your hosting provider, the DNS records can take a while to update. You could leave the verification page open and press the retry button after a while. That should allow the DNS verification to complete.

Thank you, we managed to get it working.
