SSL Administration over Non-Standard Port
-
I have two WordPress sites running on my IIS (6.0) server, one of which uses port 443 for SSL, and the other which uses a non-standard port (say 8443). After updating the WordPress HTTPS plugin with the non-standard SSL port, when I attempt to login using https://mysite2.mydomain.com:8443/wp-login.php the form is being submitted to https://mysite2.mydomain.com (without the port), which corresponds to the site running on port 443. As a result, the login fails.
I have been trying to resolve this for hours, and would appreciate any insights. Thanks again for all of the effort that you put into the plugin. It’s been really great on sites that use standard 443 for https.
