SSL Admin

  • Hello,

    I want to use SSL for my admin login. According the Codex i should add this in wp-config:

    define(‘FORCE_SSL_LOGIN’, true);

    But i use shared SSL which is on a other domain.

    Might this be a problem? And how to?

    My first post at WordPress, so 1st off, I’d like to say is that I think WordPress is the best thing since sliced bread (no – really!)

    However, I’m having trouble with the Admin SSL plugin, I’ve search high and low of anything similar with no success.
    I’m simply trying to apply a shared SSL url via the control panel for the Admin SSL plugin, I’ve done my research, but when I save changes it just clears the form and tells me the changes have saved.
    And….Nothing has happened…zip… diddly-squat.
    I’d love to have some redirect issue – anything, some notion that something is occurring.
    Any help or pointers??

    So, from what I can gather – support for the Admin SSL plugin stopped some time ago, so it doesn’t really work anymore. I just want to secure a hand full of specific pages.
    On with the quest I guess….
