    Hi David,

Like many WordPress users, I deployed W3 Total Cache which, among other things, concatenates, minifies and caches JavaScript. I’m getting the following error from that plugin:

    "/wp-content/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/js/ssba_pages.js" doesn't exist.

And can confirm that file doesn’t exist in my installation at that path.

It may be a non-issue: (missing dependency check, legacy reference to it); in case it’s a genuine issue, I thought I’d report it.

Additional: The plugin does function as expected.

    Hi Michael,

    Thanks for letting me know.

ssba_pages.js existed in previous version of the plugin in preparation for some jQuery powered things. I’ve put this on hold for now and have therefore removed that page and all references to it.

Another user reported problems that had some kind of cache plugin too. Some kind of clear/refresh (whatever options the plugin offers) should sort this for you.

    Thanks,
    David

    Hi David,

I had flushed the server-side cache a few times, but if it’s not a problem, I’m comfortable just hiding the message and blaming it on cache inconsistency.

    Thanks.

Hmm ok. Let me know how it goes, you’re the first to mention the ‘ssba_pages.js doesn’t exist’ problem, and I’m pretty certain there are no references remaining to it. I’ll have a proper search through when l get a chance.

Please let me know if the problem persists.

    Thanks,

    David
