Hi, I love Squirrly and am trying to use it on a new blog. On this blog, I’m going to be posting code samples (like programming). I recently just tried to use the term “C++” in a page (the first one). When Squirrly is activated it eliminates the “++” part of “C++” on publish/update. When it’s not activated, the “++” stays. Changing the “++” to HTML entities didn’t work either. I’m going to have to be able to use symbols and special characters in my posts, is this something Squirrly can be set to allow?

    Thanks!
    Asher Wolfstein

    Hi,

    Thank you for the feedback

We noticed that the sanitize function removes the plus sign. We fixed that in the last version of the plugin.

Please upgrade the plugin to 8.3.17 and let us know if it’s working okay.

    Calin
