    Hi Pete,

That’s very strange and I’ve not seeing anything like it. Can you use the “Developer Tools” in your Chrome browser to inspect the image and see what’s happening with it? It may be that some CSS in the theme or in another plugin is somehow overriding the plugin’s native CSS for the image and commanding a shorter height somehow. Feel free to attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing behind the scenes.

    Hi,

I’ve taken a few screenshots, but it’s a little above my skill level to figure out what it means. ??

    Here

    Thanks for your help.

That’s quite strange – honestly it’s hard for me to tell what’s going on without being able to inspect it. May I ask what theme you’re using?

    Thanks,

    kevin

I see. Well because it’s on your localhost, there’s not much I can do at this time to inspect what’s going on. I’m suspecting a theme or even plugin conflict issue, but cannot say for sure at this point. If you’d like to let me know when you get it on a live site that I can access, I’d be more than happy to take a look then. Just send me an message to our support here when it’s ready:
