Square transaction report has same customer name for all purchases

We’re using BlueHost web hosting and WooCommerce and Square plugins are up to date.
We have a member’s only login for our WooCommerce store. The user login is shared by all the members. When the members checkout, they enter their name and address. In the WooCommerce order history, all of the names and addresses are correct. But whenever we log into Square and download the transaction report, the same “Customer Name” name is listed for all of the orders. It’s a member that placed an order months ago. Is the customer name cached with the login somehow?
