Square to Woo Sync – Not All Products are syncing

    When syncing, some items get a red x and dont sync.

    I cannot find out what the setting is in square thats causing the issue.

    At first I thought it was the variation name having a space “28L Air Pot” vs “200mm”

    But I found items that worked. I feel its an issue with items that have variations, they just enter the same item multiple times (the number of variations)

    Please help.

    We would like to know the sync direction(use case) of our plugin like you are using Square to Woo or Woo to Square. Also, can you please share screenshot of the variations you have made and screenshot of that red error/notice?

    Hi,

    Im syncing Square to Woo, it looks like products that have multiple variations (sizes) dont fully sync.

    Its doing the product but not yncing the SKU, so its duplicating the product every hour.

    I have given two product examples: ?Acacia dunnii file shows the products swtup with SKU’S set ect.

    Sorry for the delay in response.

    We saw the screenshot you shared and it seems like the variation in square is not setup according to our documentation link. Here are some instructions and documentation link below.

    If you are syncing Square to Woo then please make sure to follow the list shared below.

    1. Use small letters in attributes/variations.
    2. Don’t use special characters inside Title, Attributes, description & Variations (“? ó ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ó ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ń ó ? ? ? ? o?o ? (){}&%$!@#^*=|:?`~+/<>;”).
    3. If adding variations in Square enter like: for example color[red], size[small].
