    Payment status is showing as failed on Woocommerce but checking the transactions on square the payment was taken. This is resulting in Payment disputes from customers via square.

    Order Notes: “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.”

    Hi @budzburn!

    Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Payment > Square and check what’s set for Transaction Type?

    My guess is that it’s set to Authorization. If that’s the case, it means that when a customer places an order on your site, the transaction is only authorized, but you are required to manually capture it within 6 days. Otherwise, the authorization is cancelled automatically and you can’t capture it anymore.
