Square Sync Status Stuck

Help! Our sync status for Square products through the WooCommerce Square plugin has been stalled at 79% for almost 2 weeks. I have tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin, but each time it’s reactivated, the sync status is still showing stuck at 79% and the circle keeps spinning.
What can I do to refresh the sync status so it isn’t locked, and then run a sync so that all my products are up to date?
