    After the new update to 2.0 it ask me to disconnect from Square and reconnect to sync products but when I click “Connect to Square” it takes me to Woocommerce.com and ask me to login using WordPress.com. I have already set everything up and have been using Square for about a month. I do not need to go to woocommerce or setup an account with Square as I already have an account. I believe the link is suppose to connect me with Square to sync my web site with Square. Please help as I need to keep my products synced.

    I saw there was an update to 2.1 which I did hoping this would fix my issue but it did not.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Does anyone know where I can download Square Plugin version 1.0.38 At least it did work but any plugin I look for now is already 2.0

    Having the same problem since switching to 2.0.0 and still on 2.0.1.
    I’m dead in the water currently with my online store and a little ticket about it.

    Yep same. has locked all my product qty. can not adjust anything

    Under product Data there is a tick box Sync with square.
    Every one of those has been ticked so I have lost ability to change qty
    Did a bulk Edit and unticked them

    But some items now have wrong stock quantities

    Thank you Pete for the link. I am at least back up and working as far as I can tell. Hopefully someone will see these post and figure this thing out.

    Mine is doing the same thing. This is a horrible update. Screwed me all up. I have some customers who will only use Square to order from my website. They need to fix this fast.

    @vickielj
    Just download the last version listed here and install and everything will revert back/
    You might have to rename old plugin in cpanel the load this one.

    I uninstalled the last version and added yours. Thank you Pete. I appreciate you posting the old version.

    I’m having similar issues, but since reverting to the previous version of the plugin, the ‘Square’ tab is no longer there under woocommerce > settings so I can’t go in and reconnect Square.

    So I’ve got a choice of install the new version and ‘connect Square’ takes me to the woocommerce dashboard, as in the OP, install the old version and the Square tab is gone, or uninstall all versions and hope it gets fixed soon.

    I’ve spent half the afternoon on this, what a nuisance.

    @elcarimfarm Totally agree.

    @elcarimfarm – If using the old version you will find Square under the “Integration” tab. There you can connect to Square and sync everything.

    I’ve just posted on the earlier 2.0.0 thread but, yeah, it (2.0.1) buggered us up as well in various ways. Reverting to 1.0.38 fixed all issues immediately.
    SB.

    Hi All!

    Thanks for all the feedback! We have rolled back the stable version to 1.0.38 while we investigate the issues.

    We will keep you in touch with when 2.0.1 is working and safe to update!

    For those on this thread: despite rolling back to 1.0.38 we still have issues – all payments are now failing (not authorising). Square doesn’t seem to show anything on the dashboard there – the last ‘transaction’ being the last one before the 2.0x upgrade snafu. I’ve updated another thread about it with more information, but you might all want to check if your installations are working correctly.
