    We had ongoing issues with the WooCommerce products syncing with Square initially and finally it was resolved.

    Now when any products are updated in Square the updated products are not syncing with WooCommerce.

    The action scheduler is failing, the manual sync is not working and the wc_square_refresh_connection is continuously pending.

    This is proving to be such a pain and time waster trying to get this resolved.

    Any ideas what is blocking the syncing of Square products to update in WooCommerce would be greatly appreciated.

    To help you better, please open a new thread in this forum for Square and include the following:

    • Your site’s system status report. To find it, go to WooCommerce > Status, select “Get system report,” and then “Copy for support.”
    • A screenshot of your Square sync settings.
    • Additionally, check if there are any fatal error logs by going to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing the fatal-errors.log option from the drop-down menu.

    After creating the new thread, please make sure to set this one to solved.

    Apologies, I thought I replied but it appears the email was sent to the no-reply email.

    This syncing is still an issue. I cleared pending items about 4 days ago and there has been another scheduled action running since 15/4/2023 as pending. Its now the 17/4/2023.

    The thing is the WooCommerce is syncing with Square showing new products added in Square to appear in WooCommerce.

    Is it wise to cancel these current scheduled action which has now been two days as pending and do a manual sync instead?

    It sounds like the actions are getting stuck again based on what you’re saying. While cancelling them and manually syncing might offer a temporary fix, I’d like to ensure this issue doesn’t crop up again like what’s happened here.
