Square Processing Issue

I recently updated the Square plugin, then disconnected from WooCommerce and reconnected as recommended. I noticed a inventory issue (I don’t use square inventory) so I clicked the setting to stop syncing the inventory. The other day a customer was unable to place an order (he tried 3 times) and I got a failed order “Invalid Value: The charge amount does not match the order total.” He tried 3 different cards with no success – it wasn’t him, it seems that Square is not charging the same amount as WooCommerce. I then had another order come in yesterday, WooCommerce charged the correct amount of $29.90, but Square only collected $29.89…off a penny (but this order went thru). There are no setting to set your own price, so Square should have collected the full amount.I did not have any issues before I did the update – everything else is updated. Square could not help me, they said to have WooCommerce create a case and then they can follow up. I’m lost and hoping someone can help.
