    The Square payment plugin has had a major fault for several weeks.

    I have flagged this up with ticket #2844 but nobody is getting back to me. I have been promised an update twice in the past three weeks but nothing has happened.

    This has cost me several thousand dollars of lost orders in that time and my business is now in real danger. I have been in touch with Square and they have sent details of the fix which I sent to Restropress several weeks ago. But, again, there has been no update, just a suggestion that I buy a plugin for another payment system!

    This is not acceptable from any company that cares even remotely about its customers.

    Are you in a position to nudge your support desk and / or developers please?

    Hi @deejayuk,

    Really sorry about the issue you are having.

    Regarding ticket #2844, I just checked and it seems like that was implemented but had some other issues.

    We will release an update within the next 1 week or earlier.

    For now, can you switch to a different payment method if possible so that you can get the orders while it’s not released?
