Kindly be informed that Square is only available to these countries: Australia,?Canada,?France,?Ireland,?Japan,?Spain,?United Kingdom and?United States based on this page: https://woocommerce.com/products/square/

You might need another payment gateway that receives NZD as its currency such as WooCommerce Payments or Stripe.
