    Are having issues with our products syncing correctly. Randomly some of our products will say they are out of stock even though they have plenty of stock on Square’s side. We have disconnected and reconnected and resynced multiple times but nothing seems to help.

    Hi @summerhillcreative ,

    As I understand, some of the products are showing as Out of stock on your site, however, they have stock on Square side.

    Could you please check the following:

    1. Make sure the SKUs of the product on WooCommerce and Square are the same.
    2. Make sure the products are available at the Square business location to which your WooCommerce site is connected (you can check the business location at WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Square)

    If that still doesn’t help, then please do the following:

    1. Enable Square logs at WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Square, then try a manual sync from WP Admin → WooCommerce → Settings → Payments → Square → Update.
    2. Then copy the logs from WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Logs (from right side dropdown, select Square and click view).
    3. Paste the log in your reply here so we can check and help further.
