Square Inventory Stok Not Syncing with Woocommerce

I understand that when there is an inventory change in Square, WooCommerce is not being updated, correct?

As a first step, please make sure that you are using the latest versions of WooCommerce and Square.

Please also confirm that the product SKUs in both Square and WooCommerce match. The inventory sync relies on matching SKUs between the two platforms. If the SKUs don’t match, the inventory levels won’t sync correctly.

If yes, kindly check the troubleshooting tips about Sync Issues and see if this resolves the issue?

Otherwise, for us to investigate your issue further, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

I have confirmed that I am using the latest versions of woocommerce and square.I looked at the troubleshooting problems and everything checked out. I have confirmed that all of the product skus in woocommerce and square match. I noticed you’re using another Square integration:

Please make sure to disable the extension above as it might cause a conflict with the Square extension by the WooCommerce team. .

If the issue persists, kindly enable logging mode by navigating to WooCommerce > Settings > Square, then try to change the inventory value again. I believe you were using the plugin from WPExperts.io, not WooCommerce.

Could you please go through the plugin’s configuration process, as mentioned in this guide?

Also, may I ask what Sync Settings are you selecting?

I have tried having my sync setting set as both square and woocommerce.

If you are editing products from Square and wish for the changes to be reflected in your WooCommerce store, then please keep using Square as the sync settings.

If that doesn’t help, then please try disabling all plugins except WooCommerce & Square integration while activating the default Storefront theme.

If the problem is not present after doing so, then you know there was a plugin conflict. You can enable plugins one by one again to find the culprit.

You can use Meks Quick Plugin Disabler to quickly disable/enable all plugins.

I got all of my single attribute variable products to sync inventory but am having troubles with variable products with multiple attributes. Any Suggestions?

I understand that you’re unable to sync variable products with multiple attributes.

Unlike WooCommerce, Square does not support multiple attributes. If you would like to sync multiple attributes from WooCommerce to Square, consider combining attributes into one product variation – for example, instead of a “color” attribute and a “size” attribute (e.g. black or blue and small or large), combine the two in your product variations (e.g. black-small, black-large, blue-small, blue-large).

1. Make sure you’re running the latest versions of WooCommerce and Square.
2. Check if the product SKUs in Square and WooCommerce match.
3. Disable any other Square integration plugins you’re using as they could be causing conflicts.
4. If you’re creating products in WooCommerce to sync to Square, make sure your Sync Settings are set to Square.
5. If you have variable products with multiple attributes, try merging attributes into one product variation because Square doesn’t support multiple attributes.
