Square Credit Card form Missing

So I have a WooCommerce website and the Square Credit card form seems to have disappeared suddenly. I have Tired to isolate this down to plugins and such so I spun up a new site on my my local machine with nothing but the Square plugin and Woocom using the Store front them, and the form is still missing.
