    We have installed the WooCommerce Square and our Square Business Location is not showing in the drop-down selections in Square WooCommerce setting tab. Our Square Business Location is active. Can anyone please help us understand why the Business Location is not showing? Thank you for your assistance!

    Thanks for your message!

    Could you confirm the location of your store? Square is currently available in the U.S, Canada, Australia, Ireland, UK, and Japan.

    If your Store is on these countries, it sounds like the account has not been verified.

    Locations are queried from Square and are only listed if they are Active and have Credit Card Processing enabled.

    To enable Credit Card Processing, you will need to go through the process of setting up your account, including verifying your identity. You can verify your identity in your Square dashboard under Setup Guide > Get Paid > Verify Your Identity.
