• I’ve recently moved servers and am in the process of importing my wordpress blog.

    Upon creating the db and going to import (from phpAdmin and using the import function), I get the following errors:

    Error
    SQL query:

    LOCK TABLES wp_wassup WRITE ;

    MySQL said:

    #2006 – MySQL server has gone away

    I think “WASSUP” is actually a plugin, but I have long disabled it. The deletion probably wasn’t clean.

    Any suggestions on how to fix this? Can I simply delete this table in my old db and do a backup and import again? Will this have any impact to the other tables?
